If submitting entries on behalf of a local high school, please fill out the submission summary form. 

Submission Summary Form

Attach two copies of the Visual Art Submission Form to the backside of each 2D artwork and the bottom of each 3D work.

Visual ART SUBMISSION FORM

2D Artwork

• All 2D artwork must be ready to hang. 
• Works on paper must be matted and/or framed.
• Works on canvas must be stretched or include hanging grommets.
• All 2D artwork submitted must have hanging hardware attached to the back of the mat and be ready to hang. The 2D artwork can be matted or framed (entirely your choice) but it must be ready to hang with hanging hardware already attached. 
• Matted 2D artwork can be made ready to hang in several ways:
  1. Some schools prefer to wire the mats.
  2. Others will use strong monofilament (fishing line) securely attached to the back of the mat.
  3. Others will attach weight-appropriate command strips (or similar Velcro strips) to the back of matted pieces.
• Framed 2D artwork must be wired because of the weight. 

3D Artwork

• 3D artwork must be finished and ready to be displayed.
• Special display instructions must be included if applicable.
